The best things about this house are the serene setting and wonderful flow of the home at 3105 Whitfield Rd.

The family room is grande in size and has a really nice raised hearth masonry fireplace. As is customary for JP Goforth homes built in this time frame he added Pella Windows and framed them in beautiful cherry stained moldings. They are all over this house and make it really special.

One of the best views in the whole house is from the sunroom! “Tree-Top”is the word you will use when you look around and see nothing but the tops of hardwoods from inside peeking out.The owners replaced the old deck with a two level TREX deck made of recycled materials that is supposed to be maintenance free!
